How can I make my deadbeat lazy husband get some sleep?

My husband who suffers from chronic insomnia would like some general anesthesia to help him go to sleep at night. He watches TV all night cause he cant sleep and then goes to work and sleeps on his desk. Fortunately he is a senior banker at a govt owned bank and will not get fired. He saw on the news that some people use general anesthesia in their homes to get rest. How do I arrange this for him. Thanks. Serious replys only.
Thanks Kat, he drinks Jack like it was water. Maybe two fifths at a time. He is wired and crazy. We need serious anesthesia. I read ketamine, diprovan and pentothal may subdue him but who knows.
