Try to avoid procrastination and focus on the things that are most important to you.
Another step is to look at many of the stresses of daily life as good rather than bad. They are all an opportunity to raise our own personal threshold for stress. Pressure can cause us to finish jobs faster and do many other good things. As the saying goes, “pressure makes diamonds.”
It is important, however, to find ways to recharge your battery in order to continually raise your personal threshold for managing stress. It is very important to get adequate sleep, for example.
